Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before you create your account and submit your order to us. Please note that before creating an account, you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to create an account or submit an order to us.

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use our services, have an account with us, or order tickets, vouchers, and merchandise (i.e. the “Products”), which we supply to you, as an authorised agent, in the name and on behalf of the organiser, promoter, venue, artist, performer, or other party promoting, organising and/or holding the event (i.e. the “Promoter”).

We may amend these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Every time you order Products using our website or app, the Terms in force at the time of your order will apply.

We promote and sell tickets, vouchers, and merchandise as an authorised agent in the name and on behalf of the Promoter.

2. YOUR TICKETS AND ORDERS

  • Order Acceptance: If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and a full refund will be issued. This might be because the Products are out of stock, payment was not authorized, or the Promoter cannot deliver.
  • Order Number: We will assign an order number to your order. Please use this number whenever you contact us.
  • Age Restrictions: Where applicable, these will be clearly displayed on the event booking page. By purchasing, you adhere to these restrictions.
  • Ticket Limits: Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person or account. We reserve the right to cancel tickets ordered in excess of this number.
  • Seat Selection: We try to accurately display the information about ticket locations. However, the Promoter is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of seating plans. Seating charts reflect the general layout and may vary.
  • Resale Policy: You may not resell or transfer a ticket if prohibited by law. Tickets used for unauthorized advertising, promotions, or competitions may be cancelled.

3. HOW WE MAY USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will use the personal information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy to:

  • Supply the Products to you;
  • Process your payment;
  • Send you information about similar products (if you opted in).

4. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY (SHIPPING POLICY)

4.1. Pricing: The price of the Product, booking fee, and any service charges will be indicated on the order pages when you place your order.

4.2. Payment: Payment for Products will be made through our website or app using PayFast or a similar secure billing system. Products must be paid for in full before dispatch.

4.3. Delivery Policy (Shipping):

  • Digital Delivery: Unless otherwise stated, all tickets are digital goods.
  • Method: Upon successful payment, tickets will be delivered immediately to the email address provided at checkout and/or made available within the "My Orders" section of the Ticket Central App/Website.
  • No Physical Shipping: There are no shipping charges for digital tickets. If an event includes physical merchandise, specific shipping terms will be displayed at checkout.

5. ENTERING THE EVENT

  • Valid Ticket: You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) to access the event. Altering the ticket may invalidate it.
  • Promoter Terms: A ticket only guarantees entry if you comply with the Promoter's terms (behavior, health, safety).
  • Security: You consent to security searches ensuring safety. Prohibited items (weapons, drugs, unauthorized recording equipment) may result in refused entry.
  • Latecomers: Admission for latecomers is at the discretion of the venue/Promoter.

6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS (REFUND POLICY)

6.1. General Rule: Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or materially changed.

6.2. Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, we (as the authorized agent) will refund the face value of the ticket minus our booking fee/service charge.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (e.g., via PayFast/Bank Transfer).

6.3. Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, tickets usually remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may be eligible for a refund of the face value (minus booking fees), provided you request it before the deadline set by the Promoter.

6.4. Material Change: A "material change" is a change which makes the event materially different to what could reasonably be expected (e.g., a change of headline act). The use of an understudy is not a material change.

6.5. Time Limit: All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled event date. Requests made after this period are not eligible.

6.6. Dispute Resolution: As an agent, we facilitate the refund process on behalf of the Promoter. We are not liable if the Promoter fails to provide funds for refunds.

7. USER DUTIES AND CONDUCT

  • Behavior: Harassment, threatening behavior, or disorderly conduct at events will not be tolerated and may result in ejection without refund.
  • Prohibited Items: Carrying firearms, drugs, or dangerous items is prohibited and subject to penalty under Pakistan's laws.
  • Fraud: Providing false information or using unauthorized promotional codes is a violation of these terms and may result in penalties under applicable cybercrime laws.

8. INDEMNIFICATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Ticket Central, its affiliates, and employees against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of laws, or your infringement of third-party rights.

8.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticket Central shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits).
  • Technical failures or system downtimes (though we strive to rectify them quickly).
  • Third-party payment processing errors (PayFast/Banking errors).
  • Event cancellations or quality issues (which are the responsibility of the Promoter).

8.3. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, internet outages).
